• Morning drop-off is between 7:30 and 7:55 am

• Homeroom commences at 7:55 am

• Pick up is at 3.00pm, except on Tuesdays 

• Tuesdays pick up is at 12.05pm (if not participating in a After School Activity). 

• Students participating in After School Activities will be picked up at 4.00pm, except on Tuesdays 

• Students participating in activities on Tuesdays should be picked up by 1.30pm. 

• A waiting area with supervision is provided for siblings

• Any pick-up arrangements that are different from the usual (e.g, leaving in a different car) should be notified by parents/guardians

• All DIA parents/guardians bringing their vehicles onto the premises will be required to have a DIA parking permit

• Parking permits must be visibly displayed 

• If your child is leaving with another family, you must inform your campus experience manager in advance. 

• Access will not be permitted to the school parking area without parking permits

• Security personnel will do periodic patrols to ensure that all vehicles have valid parking permitsnotified by parents/guardians

Parents/Guardians are required to:

• Sign their child up for at least one activity if enrolled in Grades 1 - 10

• Make payments as required based on activity choice (if applicable)

• Provide feedback on activity offerings as requested

• Sign the sportsmanship agreement if applicable (students joining competitive sports teams)

• Ensure students are picked up on time 

Students are required to:

• Attend and participate in the activity chosen

• Report any challenges or desire to change activity

• Provide feedback as required

• Adhere to the DIA Anti-Bullying and Behavior Policy

• Adhere to the sportsmanship agreement if applicable

• Wait in the designated area for pick up after an activity
