Warwick Goodall – Partner, Transport and Mobility

PA’s expert in EV Infrastructure and Mobility and Lead Partner for PA’s work with the Department for Transport. Warwick founded PA’s growth business in Clean and Smart Mobility.

Warwick is a judge for the AI Hackathon in Transport finals. He is passionate about data and AI and has supported open data initiatives across cities, buses, chargepoints and traffic regulation orders.

Warwick is an advocate for decarbonisation and net-zero commitments. He was an invited speaker at COP26 Glasgow in November 2021.

Rahul Harlalka–  Partner, Transport Digital Lead

Rahul is a Partner in PA, who leads work across digital, data and emerging technology. He is an expert in complex digital transformation programmes and currently leading the AI impact assessment on policy making for DFT’s NSSR team. Rahul is also working with National Highways on their future of AI security framework and advising Network Rail on its ‘data as a service’ proposition. 

Rahul is passionate about open data, data marketplace and have run several hackathons bringing SMEs and academia together to solve industry challenges.

Lokesh Mahajan – Transport Data Lead

Accomplished data and technology delivery lead with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale data programmes in the Aviation and wider transportation sector. With his experience in helping set up data science capabilities for British Airways, he understands aviation data and taking an insight-led approach to extract maximum value for transport organisations. He is leading on PA’s Intelligent Airport proposition.

Adam Bertelsen – AI in Transport Lead

PA’s AI in Transport Lead, Adam is responsible for identifying, designing and implementing new AI solutions and working practices for our Transport clients. Experienced in setting up new data science capabilities in Rail across clients such as Network Rail and Eurostar, Adam brings expertise in the people and change components of AI transformation. He leads on advising our Transport clients on how to develop the skills and change management approaches required to successfully drive AI adoption and embed new AI augmented ways of working.

David Cooper – Transport Cloud Lead

David leads our work with Google Cloud in Transport and specialises in building transformative cloud platforms that allow organisations to take advantage of Google's global scale Data and AI services.

He has been leading work at the DfT most recently where he is helping the department Digitise Traffic Regulation orders and distribute these at scale. He has lead on PA's proposition on Productionising Generative AI with Google, based on our class leading work at one of the UK's biggest Auto Leasing firms

Gareth Tilley – Transport Technology Consultant

Gareth has over 20 years’ proven success in the delivery of a wide range of innovative programmes and projects for central government, regional authorities and industry bodies, principally in of transport technology.

He is leading the stakeholder management  for the Digital Traffic Regulation Orders Beta Service for DfT, ensuring successful take-up across the ecosystem, including Local Highway Authorities and Data Consumers.
