The purpose of this chapter shall be to stimulate a desire to render service, to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to promote worthy leadership, and to encourage the development of character in the students of Dexter High School. Requirements: Must be a junior or senior in good standing - never had OSS, and a 3.65 GPA to be invited to apply.
Induction Ceremony (DHS Auditoirium) and Banquet (DHS Cafeteria) - April of each year.
