Reference Books are information materials that provide factual and general information about something. These materials are for room use only but a special arrangement can be done if needed to photocopy some pages of the material.
Circulation Books are information materials for home use, this can be loaned and read outside the library.
Reserve Books are popular information materials assigned by faculty members as required resources for a particular course. These books may be read in the reading area on hourly loans during the day or on overnight loans only to allow more students to use them.
Theses and Dissertations are information materials containing reports of scholarly research done by a student as a requirement for graduation. The library is currently implementing the “open shelf” where students can freely access the manuscripts.
