This program offers foundational content - such as leadership principles and values workshops - as well as responsively designed content to meet the cohort's just-in-time needs. This program is highly interactive, meaning each cohort member has a chance to shape the conversation with speakers and share questions they'd like to hear speakers address. The /dev/color team regularly seeks feedback from the cohort in order to adapt and respond to the group's perspectives as the program progresses.
Below is a sample experience from last year's Executive Accelerator. You can expect to see similar foundational content, as well as new speakers and experiences as the program design is finalized.
