2025 Executive Accelerator Results 

This program graduated 14 participants, averaging 4.9 of 5 satisfaction, and on average, participants reported a median 72% point increase across all measured outcomes, on metrics such as increasing self-awareness, gaining clarity and progress on career goals, being equipped with leadership frameworks and tools, and getting unblocked.  Over the course of three years, this program has changed the trajectories of 40 of our most senior members, leading hundreds of technologists across the industry.
