When our negative emotions are heightened, it's important to pause and try out a coping skill as it can help us clear our mind and feel refreshed!
Cyberbullying (4th-5th Grade)
If someone is making you feel uncomfortable online, take these steps:
SAVE the message (Screen shot it or take a picture of it)
BLOCK the person (DO NOT continue messaging the person back)
SHOW a trusted adult (Your parent/guardian)
