Donations directly benefit the PDCMS Band and Color Guard Programs by paying for: instruments, instrument repairs, sheet music, uniform pieces, clinicians and coaches, bus transportation to and from events, the band equipment trailer, props for performances, and other supplies used in the classroom.

Throughout the school year, the Band Boosters operates a store on campus daily during lunch and after school where all students may purchase snacks and drinks. This is our most beneficial fundraiser and requires a large team of volunteers to operate it. Since we cannot run the store this year, we appreciate any and all donations that help to make up for the loss of income.
PDCMS hosts our biggest fundraiser and marketing event of the year on the last Saturday of February. Rock the House is a day-long music festival full of performances by our PDCMS band, color guard and choir groups as well as those from schools throughout the Coachella Valley. Vendors supply food, snacks, and other items for purchase. Guests can participate in a silent auction, and a game booth provides extra entertainment.
The 14th Annual Rock the House for 2021 is cancelled. We plan to host this fun event next year in 2022.
