Jose Pena is the Color Guard Director at Palm Desert Charter Middle School where he oversees the Varsity Color Guard, Junior Varsity Color Guard, and the Color Guard Workshop classes. He was raised in the Coachella Valley where he graduated from Palm Desert Middle School and Palm Desert High School. He recently received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brandman University. He is currently part of the color guard staff at Palm Desert High School, RCC Marching Tigers, and at Fantasia Winter Guard. He has also performed with both Fantasia and Imbue Winter Guard as well as the World Champion Concord Blue Devils.
