CSF - 2025-2026 Officer Application

Officer Responsibilities:

·   To meet one to two times a month outside of regular CSF Meetings

·   To support all CSF Members

·   To create be the main contacts within CSF

President

·    To guide club and functions of officers with the cooperation and approval of the club

·    To preside over and keep order at all club meetings and functions

·    To prepare all agendas for club meetings in collaboration with the current CSF Secretary

Vice President

·    To serve as advisor to the CSF President

·    To temporarily assume the office of CSF President and all duties,

responsibilities, and power pertaining to the president in case of their

absence, resignation, impeachment, or removal until their return or an

election.

Secretary

·     To create monthly agendas

·     To keep records of monthly meetings

Treasurer

·     To collect funds with CSF Advisor

·     To create financial reports

·     Create fundraising opportunities

Commissioner of Community Service

·     Create CSF led community service events

·     Promote community service events throughout our community

Commissioner of Publications

·     Create the branding of CSF within our campus and community

Officer Applications:

·     Officer Application due by Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

·     Elections will take place on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
