THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE IS IN REGARDS TO THE 2025-2026 TRYOUTS.

If you missed our clinic, you can still receive the code by attending one of our mandatory parent/candidate informational meeting coming in March.
Mandatory Parent/Candidate Meeting:

If you do NOT attend one of the two meetings, you can NOT tryout. The meeting is mandatory and the 1st step for eligibility to tryout.
Tryout Paperwork Due:
Monday, March 31st 2025
4:00pm-6:00pm
Candidates will turn in your mandatory paperwork in person in on the first day of the Tryout Clinic.
Candidates must submit a digital or hard copy of their Q3 and Q2 Grade Reports from the 2024-2025 school year.

Athletic Clearance Due:

Candidates MUST be cleared on athleticclearance.com in order to participate in the tryout practices. Not having your athletic clearance fully cleared by Friday's Tryout Day will mean that you will NOT be able to tryout.

ATHLETIC CLEARANCE PROCESS - MUST COMPLETE BEFORE ATTENDING THE FIRST PRACTICE DAY!
Please remember, the Athletic Clearances must be updated every new school year and the athlete/s must be CLEARED in order to participate in any sport here at IHS!
The office cannot and will not clear an athlete if they are missing information or have not uploaded all the required documents.
If this is your first time using AthleticClearance.com, your parent will need to click register and create a username and password. This is what you will use to log in and renew for each sport and year.
★ You will choose the 2025-2026 school year. If the next school year is unavailable, you may select the 2024-2025 school year, but will have to repeat this process again once the system rolls over to 2025-2026 school year, but you can use the same physical and valid documents!
★ Choose Indio High School (CIF-SS) as your school
★ Select the sport you wish to try out for: (Traditional Competitive Cheer)
★ Fill out all required information
★ Enter medical history information
★ Upload a copy of your COMPLETED AND NON-EXPIRED physical (be sure to include the date of your physical!)
★ Upload a copy of your Insurance Card
★ Upload a copy of your SIGNED AND NON-EXPIRED Parent Code of Conduct form (be sure to include the date of your signed form!)
★ Upload your proof of your COMPLETED AND NON-EXPIRED Baseline Concussion test
★ Upload a copy of your SIGNED Confirmation form page under "ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS"
*All required information and documents must be filled out and uploaded to your account or else you will not be cleared*

To receive a link for your Baseline Concussion Test, please attend the Student/Parent Information Meeting on either March 10th or March 18th.
