As of 2026, we have 27 alumni who have successfully graduated from our program. Many of them are teaching pilates in their local communities with their certifications earned from Ms. Kay Spillman-Puckett of Go With the Flow Wellness, and the alumni featured below are going on to create careers in the dance industry, or dance adjacent careers!
Our other wonderful alumni will go on to study business, architecture, pre-law, sports medicine, criminology, nursing and hospitality at the University of Arizona, CSU Long Beach, PACE University, TCU, Cal Poly Pomona , CSU Fullerton, BYU, USD, UCSD, and hope to keep dance in their lives outside of their chosen careers. We are so proud of all of these young women!

Isabella will be attending SDSU and will major in Kinesiology in the Pre-PT program, to become a Physical Therapist specializing in treating dancers.

Amaya will be attending the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles pursuing a major in business and a minor in dance. She plans on signing with a commercial dance agency and beginning her professional dance career.

Katie will be attending Orange Coast College and will major in dance. After earning her A.A. in Dance, she plans to earn her BFA in Dance at a 4 year university program.

Riley Hart began her Pilates certification apprenticeship with Kay Spillman, owner of Go With The Flow Yoga, as well as studying Kinesiology at College of the Desert.
