Working with youth and families in the field of mental health has always been a passion of mine. Asking for help is not always an easy task. Whether people are looking to help themselves, their relationships, family, or children, it can be scary to admit vulnerability. I strive to foster a safe and healing space for individuals to tell their stories and work through life's difficulties and challenges. I work from a collaborative and strengths-based approach assisting and supporting individuals to be the author of their own stories.
