1 - Box of Tissues - Largest Size
Girls - Small Size Unwaxed Paper Plates
Boys - Large Size Unwaxed Paper Plates

Optional Items: Craft supplies (beads, craft sticks etc.) hand sanitizer, cotton balls, pom poms, ink pads, water colors, coloring books. Any supplies for art projects are always appreciated!

1 box of 24 crayons

Large Towel/small blanket for rest time (labeled)

2 Boxes of Kleenex

1 Box of Band-Aids

1 Box - Snack size zip lock bags

2 Containers of disinfecting wipes

2 Boxes of 24 pre-sharpened pencils

2 Pink block erasers

Girls - Package of small paper plates

Boys - Package of large paper plates

1 Change of Clothing (including underwear and socks, place in a large ziploc bag with child’s name on the outside of the bag)

2 Boxes or Packages of store bought, non-perishable food items for our “Snack Bank.” Please send enough to serve 20 students
