With this past week being the first week of frisbee golf at Iroquois park, the houses are getting ready for another great year of intramurals. Some notable houses to look out for are the Pereira Spartans, Thomas Titans, and the Elijah Knights. These houses have been standout in the past intramurals and are looking to prove that again this year. Specifically, the Spartans, who were the house champions as of last year, are returning with great leadership including Willie Emmons, Griffin Cummings, and Miguel Cummins. Although there have been some major additions and losses to all of the houses, Mr. Keadel continues to dominate the competition, winning by over 15 shots last year. The question remains, who can stop Mr. Keadle and the Spartans this year? Winning this first intramural would be a great confidence boost going into the 26-27 intramural season.
Some notable players to look out for this season are Juniors Gabriel Byrd and Trent Hammond who came in fourth place last year with a score of 35. And with the loss of Rabata seniors, there is a big gap to fill and someone needs to step up. This year Rabata hopes to have these juniors, along with the rest of the house, step up. Let's see who comes out on top.
