Colts Face Fairdale In Regional Semifinal

Tonight at 7:30, the Desales varsity team will take on Fairdale in the regional semifinals at J-Town. This will be a heavily contested matchup with both teams facing elimination, so Desales will have to give it everything they’ve got. With a win here, Desales will be on track to take their region once more.

     So far, Desales finds itself at 9-8-5. Although it's been an up and down year, Desales has shown flashes of brilliance that could pay off in the playoffs. Look no further than their regular season game against Fairdale, where they handed them one of their 4 losses of the year, winning 3-1. With another dominant performance like that, Desales is going to be very successful in their attempt to beat Fairdale.

     Although one could say that Fairdale has had a much easier schedule than Desales, it's hard to ignore their 15-4-1 record. Even more impressive is their 11-game win streak, with their last loss coming at the hands of Collegiate more than a month ago. Although Desales was the victor in their last matchup, don’t expect the same results to happen again.
