Game Recap vs PLD

The Colts hosted Paul Laurence Dunbar last night with the final score being 3-2 PLD. The Colts played well but it wasn’t enough to defeat the Bulldogs. 

Dunbar started the scoring by taking a 1-0 lead in the first half. 

The Colts didn’t answer until they scored in the second half. 

The Colts took on a tough team on senior night which resulted in the loss. The Bulldogs are currently 9-5 and ranked 14th in the state. They have played some good competition such as Trinity, St. X, Covington Catholic, and Lexington Catholic. This loss wasn’t terrible for the Colts, but on senior night, we were looking for the win. The Colts should bounce back though as they play Collins on September 30
