Josh Porter

My name is Josh Porter. I’m a senior at DeSales High School and I’m on the volleyball team. I’ve been playing varsity volleyball for all 4 years that I’ve been at DeSales as well as 5 years of club experience at both Louisville Fury Volleyball Club and KIVA (Kentucky Indiana Volleyball Academy). This past season at DeSales, I was on the  regional all tournament team, 2nd team all state, and was also part of the state tournament all tournament team. My favorite team is The University of Louisville. I love watching a program who has an amazing history and is competing for a national championship every year. Volleyball is the only sport I’ve ever played, but I enjoy watching other sports as well. After I graduate from DeSales, I plan to play volleyball in college and major in business. I don’t really have very many hobbies outside of volleyball because that is what takes up most of my time, so other than volleyball I rest and spend time with my family.
