My name is Hayden Bielefeld and I’m a sophomore at DeSales high school. I chose DeSales because it’s a smaller school and it is more one-on -one with the teachers. Trinity and St.Xaiver is a really big school and you're like another face there unlike DeSales they know your name. DeSales is a really fun school and they have cool classes like sports and media journalism. 

I picked sports and media journalism because I like sports and that pretty much it. My favorite sports are football, basketball and golf but I don’t play any of them, besides golf but I do not play for DeSales. I wouldn’t say I’m great at golf but I’m not bad. I play mostly at wood heaven country club and it’s a really nice course and I usually play with two other people. They are better than me. They are more consistent than me with their drives and hitting their woods and irons. But I’m way better than them at putting and chipping. They both play baseball and they have a baseball swing most of the time. They kill the ball when the chip or putt so that’s why I’m better.

So I’m very excited for the start of this school year and looking forward to learning a lot in sports and media journalism.
