Da'Shawn Harris

My name is Da'Shawn Harris, and I am currently a senior at DeSales High School. I’ve

been attending DeSales since my junior year, and during my time here, I’ve been

actively involved in sports. I play basketball, football, and also run track. Being a

multi-sport athlete has helped me grow not only physically but also mentally, teaching

me discipline, time management, and leadership. Outside of school and sports, I enjoy

playing video games, working out, and trying different types of food. Staying active

and balanced is important to me, both on and off the Court/Field. Some of my favorite

professional teams are the Golden State Warriors in the NBA and the Baltimore

Ravens in the NFL. I’ve always looked up to the athletes on those teams like Lamar

Jackson and Stephen Curry. I hope to follow in their footsteps by continuing my

athletic career in college. In addition to sports, I have a strong interest in mathematics

and plan to further my education in that field. My ultimate goal is to play sports at the collegiate level while earning my degree.
