It is a family choice to take their own athlete home following his/her cross country race. In order to do so, a travel release form is required by our school district.

The travel release form must be completed and approved by either Mr. Byczek (DPHS athletic director) and/or Mrs. Jadin-Rice (DPHS Assistant Principal) at least one day in advance of a meet.

Forms turned in the day of a meet may not be approved by the DPHS administration.

Coaches are not allowed to approve a Travel Release form.
