The Instructional Leader of the school who leads in the development and implementation of all school programs and coordinates all services for the wholesome growth and development of all learners, teachers, non-teaching personnel and all school stakeholders.
Works with the administrator to plan, organize, to interpret, evaluate, when necessary to revise the school guidance program for better services of the entire school. Establishes harmonious relationships among with the pupils, teachers and parents, and all stakeholders and encourages and assist teachers in the study of individual or group of pupils for improvement. Guide pupil’s learning growth and provides emotional needs and safeguards pupil’s individual records.
Manages and keep up to date of library materials, books circulation, assists pupils in their research works, conducts library sessions for all grade level to educate pupils in the proper use of library.
Provide leadership in the formulation and implementation of school policies, plans, programs and projects in carrying out the objective of education for elementary schools adapted to the community needs. Guides and stimulates teachers for the improvement of instructions in the subject area. Assist the principal and the district supervisors in the planning of objectives.
Prepare programs/action plan within the learning area, conduct pupil mentoring and prepare instructional curriculum & materials for maximum attainment of pupil’s skills, values and positive attitudes.
Prepare programs/action plan within the grade level; consolidate/summarize School Graded Forms, Grade Level Reports, Needs and Concerns. Assist/mentor newly assigned teachers in their Grade Level.
Prepare programs, action plan, assist and mentor new and old teachers in the school, conducts research works, in-service trainings, demonstration teaching, school LAC, study group, and assists administrative and supervisory functions in school. Assist teachers in the conduct of remedial instruction.
Overall responsible in the teaching-learning process, provides quality curriculum instruction for total development of all learners. Conduct remedial instruction to achieve needed mastery skills in all learning areas.
Leads all the teachers and non-teaching personnel in the smooth implementation of the school program. Provides professional and personal assistance to the whole teaching and non-teaching staff for their betterment and well-being.
Assist and facilitate the school head and teachers and parents in the efficient delivery of basic education and school services.
