Paltok Elementary School as the heart of education services delivery is aware of its obligation and role as a learner-centered institution that is why it continuously contributes to the attainment of the three key result areas: first, the access, ensuring that every Filipino has access to complete basic education. Second, the Quality, that in the school’s continuous academic endeavors the pupils are prepared for further education and the world of work and weaved on these, is the carrying out of an effective, transparent, and the collaborative governance of basic education. 

Our school has equipped teachers with the necessary inputs on K-12 content and current pedagogical updates to make them competent as facilitator of learning to our pupils. The teachers are well-trained to be flexible and creative in delivering instruction to cater different pupils' learning needs. The school head together with the three master teachers, help in assisting the teachers and honing their skills to develop their full potential.
