PUBLIC SCHOOLS DISTRICT SUPERVISOR
San Roque National High School began its humble roots more than a decade ago with just a handful of teachers and students. Today, we are delighted to announce that this beloved institution is going strong with its 54 teachers and 1404 students. The school continues to expand and stays true to its core values of striving and strengthening partnership with stakeholders to provide quality education. In its 12th year since the day it was founded, SRNHS has established a reputable name in the field of education - a milestone that will be etched in its history.
As a Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS), we push ourselves to make SRNHS better, from providing quality instruction to improving the school’s physical facilities. The school also builds and sustains partnerships with the community and continues to do its best to address the school’s priority improvement areas.
On top of the continuous efforts to overcome the challenges, San Roque National High School was driven to focus in bringing the institution to greater heights. Partnership with stakeholders is further solidified, as evident in the frequent collaborations with SDO-Marikina headed by Ms. Sheryll T. Gayola, the city government of Marikina, San Roque Barangay Council, School Repair and Maintenance Group (SRMG), School Governing Council (SGC), teachers, General Parents-Teachers Association (GPTA), SRNHS alumni, public and private organizations and all its partners. The school takes a holistic approach when it comes to providing a safe and secure learning environment. We put a heavy emphasis on creating a safe space for empowerment and engagement, as we involve parents and the whole community in a myriad of school-related concerns and activities. This collaboration is frequently observed to ensure that diverse learners coming from different backgrounds get the most out of the learning environment. Together, let us continue to make SRNHS a second home for all learners.
