My passion has always been to serve the stakeholders of this institution selflessly, and it has been shaped by Christian values and driven by research and innovation. In order to develop and practice the 4 C's of the 21st century skills, such as critical thinking, creative thinking, communicating, and collaborating to enhance the students' skills, efficiency, and capability, I am very happy to share the knowledge that I have acquired from experiences, seminars, and trainings. Using this platform, I hope to inspire my colleagues and students to perceive each stage of the teaching and learning process as a dynamic opportunity to develop their ideas and showcase their individual strengths.
