Baan KM.3 National High School was officially established upon the issuance of Approval to Operate No. JHS Public 006, s. 2026 by the Department of Education-Caraga Region on March 26, 2026. This milestone marked the school's recognition as an independent public secondary educational institution committed to providing quality education to the learners of Baan KM.3 and neighboring communities.
