This form is designed to assist parents, guardians, and learners in completing the Early Registration process for Yabu Elementary School efficiently and accurately. To begin, please click the “Early Registration Form” button and read the instructions carefully to ensure your child’s registration is processed without delay.

You may use this form to register the following learners:

• Incoming Kindergarten Learners
  Children aged five (5) years old on or before October 31, 2026, are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten.

• Incoming Grade 1 Learners
  Learners who have completed Kindergarten in a DepEd-accredited school or have submitted an ECCD Checklist from a Child Development Center may register for Grade 1.

• Transfer-In or Balik-Aral Learners
  Children who have stopped schooling or are transferring from another school may also register through this online form.

• Learners with Special Educational Needs (SNEd)
  Parents or guardians of learners with special needs may indicate relevant information in the designated section of the form for proper assistance and referral.
