Admission

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS (GRADE 7)

1. Form 138 (Report Card)

2. Philippine Statistics Office issued Birth Certificate (photocopy)

3. Letter of Recommendation and Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal.

4. Initial interviews with the Guidance Counselor and Principal of his/her representative.

5. Must have all passing marks.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR OLD STUDENTS

1. Form 138 (Report Card)

2. An old student enrolling for Grade 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 must not lack units that should have been earned in the previous curriculum year. He/She must, therefore, be a regular student in the curriculum year he/she is to enroll in.

3. VPTNHS reserves the right to deny admission or re-admission to students who are proven to be disloyal to the school or have accumulated a record of academic delinquency or violations of school rules and regulation.

Transferees

Transferees form other schools should submit all of the following requirements:

1. Certificate of Good Moral Character

2. Philippine Statistics Authority issued Birth Certificate

3. Form 138 (Report Card)
