Tabuan Provincial Community High School (PCHS) Organizational Chart for School Year 2025–2026 reflects a well-structured academic and administrative system that ensures smooth operations and student-centered support. At the helm of the institution is Jaycel T. Tigbao, who serves as the Teacher-In-Charge, responsible for leading and managing the overall school affairs. Assisting her is Retchil M. Sanchez, the Administrative Assistant, who provides essential clerical and organizational support to facilitate day-to-day operations.

The teaching staff is organized by grade levels, with designated class advisers for each section. For Grade 7, Lanie J. Garnizo handles the Faith section, while Clarence Mae F.
