Centralized Learning Outputs Archive and Unified Database

INTRODUCTION AND RATIONALE

The COVID-19 pandemic poses challenges to various sectors especially in responding to basic rights. With the physical distancing and community quarantine being among the measures to contain COVID -19, basic education is among the heavily affected as schools and community learning centers are closed for physical conduct of classes.

In consonance to DepEd order No. 012, s. 2020 entitled as Adoption Of The Basic Learning Continuity Plan For School Year 2020-2021 and DO 76, S. 2011 entitled National Adoption and Implementation of the LRMDS, Sunny Brooke Elementary School device a program to aid with the continuity in the facilitation of learning without posing threats to pupils and teachers.

Sunny Brooke Elementary School establishes Project C.L.O.U.D. ( Centralized Learning Outputs Archive and Unified Database) formerly Catalogue of Learning Outputs and Unified Database), also coined from CLOUD computing which means storing and accessing data and programs over the internet instead of your computer's hard drive.

Project C.L.O.U.D.  is a school-based portal designed to support the implementation and utilization of the Department of Education’s LRMDS and the Division of General Trias City’s Project GOLD. It is a gateway to all teaching and learning resources, and instruments that facilitate learning. It will act as a repository of teaching and learning materials, a place where you store documents, videos, presentations and so on. It can be accessed by the teachers, learners, and other stakeholders of the school.
