Workshop Mechanics
Participants will be organized into three working groups to collaboratively develop and refine the components of the Localized Guidelines on Strengthening School Learning Action Cells (SLACs) in Region V. Each group will work on assigned outputs and present in plenary for feedback and refinement.

Group 1 – Draft Localized Guidelines on Strengthening SLAC in Region V

Review and refine the draft localized SLAC guidelines
Ensure alignment with NEAP programs and Regional priorities
Integrate provisions on technical assistance, implementation processes, and monitoring and evaluation
