STRATPLAN 

Program Overview

STRATPLAN (Strategic Planning) will involve a workshop aimed at developing localized guidelines to strengthen School Learning Action Cells (SLACs) through the provision of technical assistance, as well as the establishment of structured monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.

The expected output of the activity is a Draft Localized Guidelines on Strengthening Learning Action Cells (SLACs). This will include the development of tools for monitoring the integration of NEAP programs into School LAC sessions, including the DLP.

The activity will be conducted on March 2-4, 2026, at Lotus Blu Hotel, Legazpi City.
