Screening Admission Guidelines

Eligibility:

• Kindergarten Completer

• 6 yrs. old and above by August 31

• Reader in both English and Filipino

• Read and recognize number 1 up to 100 or so

• Able to give details about oneself

Documentary Requirements:

• Printed SSC Application Form

• PSA Birth Certificate

• Certificate of Good Moral Character

• Kindergarten Progress Report Card/Moving up certificate

• Accomplished Application Form

Admission Policy: 

The SCREENING MANAGEMENT TEAM will consider the allocation of slots per class. The top thirty-five (35) qualifiers will form the Grade 1-Special Science Class.
