School-Based Management System (SBM)

DepEd Order No. 007, s. 2024 establishes the Revised School-Based Management (SBM) System to enhance school-level decision-making and foster continuous improvement. It shifts the focus from mere compliance to genuine, data-driven self-assessment and collaborative, evidence-based improvements involving teachers and local stakeholders. This order applies to all public elementary and secondary schools, replacing older guidelines like DepEd Order No. 83, s. 2012.
