E-FAST 

E-FAST (Electronic Filing, Application, and Status Tracking system), a cloud-integrated workspace built upon Google Workspace tools, E-FAST utilizes Google Forms as a front-end structured data and document-entry interface ensuring that applicants cannot execute a submission without attaching complete documents in prescribed formats (e.g., PDFs). This front-end interface automatically pipes real-time data into Google Sheets, which serves as the back-end relational tracking database. 

It is a localized digital solution designed to streamline and automate the submission, verification, and monitoring workflows for private school permits in DepEd Santa Rosa City.
