As the very proud Principal of this highly-recognized elementary school with a well-respected history of providing exceptional educational outcomes and opportunities for the children in Barangay Silangan since 1986, I warmly welcome you to the website of Silangan Elementary School.

Our commitment at Silangan Elementary School is to provide a safe and intellectually challenging environment that will enable students to become innovative thinkers, creative problem solvers and inspired learners to thrive in the twenty-first century.

We view education as a partnership between the students, parents, the community and the school. Every decision we make is aimed at improving outcomes for students. At Silangan Elementary school, pupils are well-treated as we believe in maintaining a child-friendly environment where children feel safe and loved in a place they consider as their second home.

Silangan Elementary School is a public institution governed by the Department of Education - Division of Rizal since 1986.

It is situated near the river bank and that is how it got its former name Labahan Elementary School. But as years past by, the population in the surrounding areas increased and the site developer reclaimed the river so so it is not visible nowadays except for the underground creek that remains noticeble during rainy season.

The school offers complete elementary course from Kinder up to Grade VI and a special Curriculum for the Learners with Special Educational Needs.
