a. SUBMISSION OF PERIODIC TEST'S
MEAN PERCENTAGE SCORES (MPS)
Question: I already submitted the data can I change it?
Answer: The form is enabled to edit your response and change your inputs. If the form is already closed, visit your gmail and look for the receipt, then look for the edit response button. However, we recommended to be vigilant in the submission of data. We cannot assure your that if your edit the response, the new data will be collected and included in reports.
Question: Which one should I fill-in first? The MPS Form or the LMC Form?
Answer: There is a specific process that requires you to answer the MPS form before the LMC form or vice versa.
However, we recommend you to answer the MPS first before LMC.
Question: Why am I required to input data like the School Id ?
Answer: School ID compared to other data is the most reliable and exact data since it is only composed of numbers. It is utilize as a central access point to efficiently locate the data of your school. This plays a big part in BIG DATA MANAGEMENT.
b. REQUEST OF NAT RESULTS
Question: I already requested more than two weeks but have received no e-mail.
Answer: If you failed to receive an email for a long time, there's a high probability that you requested an unavailable data in our system.
