All schools are reminded to accomplish and submit their Child Protection Committee (CPC) Performance Rating to ensure compliance, monitoring, and support in safeguarding learner welfare.

Submit Monthly Consolidated Reports of Bullying, Child Abuse, Children-at-Risk(CAR), Children In Conflict with the Law (CICL), and Other LRP Concerns. 

For all LRP related incident, School Child Protection Committee shall immdiately submit an Incident Report and Intake Sheet to the Division Office.

To ensure proper recognition and documentation, all school-based activities related to Learner Rights and Protection (LRP) must be acknowledged. We highly encourage all schools to submit an activity report for each initiative conducted under the LRP framework.

For any organization to function effectively and sustainably, an Action Plan must be crafted and submitted for proper acknowledgment and review. This ensures alignment with school goals, clarity of purpose, and accountability in program implementation. 

To acknowledge and document the efforts of the Supreme Secondary / Elementary Learner Government (SSLG/SELG), we encourage all schools to submit an Activity Report for every initiative facilitated, organized, or coordinated by the student organization.

To give due recognition to the activities facilitated, organized, and coordinated by all learner clubs and organizations in schools, we encourage the submission of an Activity Report for proper documentation and acknowledgment.
