For urgent Learner Rights and Protection (LRP) concerns, an Incident Report and Intake Sheet must be accomplished by the Child Protection Committee Chairperson or the Guidance Counselor/Designate. These documents must be submitted to the Division Office and handled with utmost confidentiality.
All cases must be immediately reported or referred to the appropriate agency for prompt action and intervention.
In all Learner Rights and Protection (LRP) cases, appropriate intervention must be provided to the concerned learner.
To support this process, a referral may be submitted to our registered DepEd Guidance Counselor, who can assist in delivering the necessary intervention and support services.
