Rosario Elementary School, Division of Pasig City adheres to the Department of Education’s vision for all learner-centered public institutions to continuously improve itself to better serve its stakeholders.  It focuses on the holistic development of our learners with great fervor for their country coupled with a high sense of values and competencies which will empower them to achieve their full potential to be an asset for nation-building.  RES constantly seeks to improve itself through the implementation of various programs, projects and activities which will help in the realization of its goals.
