ENROLLMENT ADVISORY FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2025-2026

ROSARIO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL accepts new enrollees as early as January 2025 and will accept new enrollees until July, 2025.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

STEP 1:  Get a copy of the enrollment form from the school guard

STEP 2: Fill up  all the needed information in the Enrollment Form

STEP 3: Submit the enrollment form to Maam Cheribel Lumilan (Guidance Teacher) from 8:00 am. to 3:00 pm. only (Mon.-Fri.)  together with the following requirements :

a.) FOR INCOMING KINDER -Copy of Birth Certificate   

b.) FOR TRANSFEREE (INCOMING GR. 1 - 6)  from Public School - Card from former school and Good Moral Certificate

c.) FOR TRANSFEREE (INCOMING GR. 1-6) from Private School - Card from Private School, Certification of Good Moral, School Clearance, Copy of Birth Certificate

d.) FOR BALIK ESKWELA ( Learner from Rosario ES) -Old Card or Parent's Certification that the child is promoted to a certain grade level and sworn affidavit that they will help the child finish his schooling.

STEP 4: Wait for Maam Lumilan's message regarding your child's class section and class adviser.
