Message of the Officer-in-Charge
It is an honor to be the school head of Peñablanca East National High School – the school where humility and respect reigns among the twenty four colleagues and seven hundred thirty-two learners, in pursuit of education amidst biological warfare. With all due respect to our very own Public Schools District Supervisor, Sir Jorge C Taguinod, for the trust and Dr Leila P Areola for my designation as Officer- In-Charge.
It is indeed an opportunity to live life, despite the test of Covid-19, founded with the love of responsible parents and guardians from the different parts of Lagum, most particularly the communities of Manga, Nabbabalayan, Buyun, Minanga and Lapi which is deeply glued with love for education, bright future and aspirations of their children.
We are very much delighted too by the support and cooperation of the different stakeholders local, national and international – our grandest felicitations to all of you! We are all ever grateful and indebted to you all for trusting Peñablanca East National High School, an ambiance to holistic transformation for skills, values and life.
For and in behalf of the school teaching staff and its learners, I convey my commitment to stand and protect the interest of all in the execution of our advocacy to implement the programs and thrusts of the Department of Education bearing the battle cry of our Secretary,Honorable Leonor M Briones that education must continue.
May GOD bless us all!
