Standard Rate: ₱400.00 per head & per day (Same for DepEd and Private guests).

Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. Please submit a formal letter of intent addressed to the Regional Director, attention to the NEAP-CAR Facility Manager or the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD).
Accommodations: We can house up to ----participants across both buildings (---- in the Old Building and 34 in the New NEAP Building).
Halls: Our conference rooms vary in size; please specify your expected attendance so we can assign the most suitable hall.
The standard room rate is for accommodation only. However, most regional trainings use a package rate which includes snack, lunch, dinner. Please coordinate with our dietary unit for specific menu requests.
Yes, high-speed internet via the DepEd Regional Network is available in all training halls and common areas of the New NEAP Building. Coverage in the Old Building is available in designated study areas.
To ensure a comfortable stay, we recommend bringing:
Personal Identification: Any valid ID for verification.
Clothing: Warm clothes or jackets (Wangal temperatures can drop significantly).
Electronics: Extension cords for laptops (especially for ICT-heavy workshops).
Toiletries: While basic items are provided, personal hygiene kits are encouraged.
Yes, there is designated parking for participants within the DepEd CAR Regional Compound. Parking is free but on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 3 working days before the scheduled event to avoid administrative charges or to allow other groups to utilize the slot.
Entry into this facility signifies FULL AGREEMENT to all posted rules and regulations.
Registration is required for Dormitory occupants. Unregistered persons are not allowed to enter the dormitory areas.
Smoking, vaping, drinking liquor, chewing betel nut, gambling, and disruptive behavior are STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the premises.
Drunk or intoxicated persons are NOT ALLOWED ENTRY, even if registered.
Observe cleanliness at all times. Practice “CLEAN AS YOU GO.”
Occupants are responsible for their valuables; the management shall NOT be liable for any damage/ loss due to negligence.
Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person who violates these rules.
STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THE LOCAL CURFEW (10:00 PM) IS MANDATORY. Exceptions apply only to late arrivals from distant provinces due to unavailability of transport.
For immediate health concerns, please inform the front desk or the main entrance security guards. Medicines or hospital consultations (if needed) shall be personally paid for by the participant.
Use of the hall is from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM ONLY.
Please empty paper cups and food containers before disposal!
DO NOT flush tissue paper, sanitary napkins, wipes, or any solid waste into the toilet bowl.
Stay calm and do not panic.
Duck, Cover, and Hold until the shaking stops.
Stay away from windows and objects that may fall.
Follow instructions for evacuation and use the designated emergency exits. THE DESIGNATED EVACUATION AREA FOR NEAP 1 & 2 occupants is beside the Makopa Tree, inbetween the 2 buildings.
