Pangarap High School is located inside Pangarap Village, a community composed of two ( 2 ) barangays: 181 and 182. Geographycally, it is bounded in the east of Rodriguez ( formerly Montalban ) Rizal, to the west of Quirino Highwayto the north of San Jose del Monte Bulacan to the south of Bantay Kalikasan, Quezon City. Seventy percent ( 70 % ) of the residents are classified as indigent. Many are living in the livelihood of stick making . The two barangays have a total area of 161 hectares.
Pangarap High School is a training ground for OICs who were promoted as Principal. The pillars of the school are the silent witnesses of its struggle against the supposedly land owner if not against themselves in terms of motivation and passion in this arena of education. Many of its alumni have succeeded in life to which the school is very proud of. Indeed, the school is far from the modernization but it is continuing to serve its purpose: a strong foundation of good future of the Filipino youth.
