At the heart of the PAL3SHS Researcher’s Toolbox session is the Call for Research Proposals, themed "Future-Ready Schools: Empowering Resilient and Sustainable Education Through Research and Innovation." This theme acknowledges the complex challenges that educators face today and anticipates future demands. It prompts teachers to think critically about how schools can evolve to remain sustainable and resilient in the face of ongoing social, environmental, and technological changes. As educational landscapes shift, the need for innovative solutions becomes more pressing. Future-ready schools are not just about technology integration; they are about creating learning environments that are adaptable, inclusive, and prepared for the uncertainties of the 21st century. The session, by fostering research aligned with these goals, empowers educators to take a forward-thinking approach to their professional practice.
