The Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS) conducted a 4-day training-workshop on the Advanced Program of OER in two batches last October 20-26, 2019 at Bai Hotel, Cebu City. The Participants were recommended by the Regional Offices and Division Offices based on the previous nationwide training on the Basic OER Program last May 2019 and attendees from the Saturday workshop conducted by ICTS.
