Basic OER

The Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS) through the ICT Unit of SDO-Palawan, conducted a three-day training -workshop on the use and curation of OER last December 9 to 12, 2019. The workshop introduced the capabilities, functionalities and advantages of using OER as a powerful tool to support offline e-Learning even without internet connectivity.
