Save the Thriving and Evasive Pupils (Project STEP):

This project is focused on reaching the most marginalized learners and boosting enrollment rates. Achieving our educational goals requires building a genuinely inclusive education system. The project emphasizes thinking creatively and shares innovative approaches to service delivery, along with addressing the challenges of respecting cultural differences. It also aims to tackle underlying issues such as social inequality, gender disparities, cultural and linguistic disadvantages, and educational gaps by offering subsidies. In addressing these areas, the project strives to correct unequal connections and opportunities, with the involvement of barangay officials and other stakeholders to provide support.

Contextualization of Learning & Instructional Materials through Benchmarking (Project CLIMB)

Contextualized teaching and learning builds on the concept of placing academic activities within familiar contexts to optimize teaching and learning outcomes. Embedding instructions in familiar contexts helps learners better understand and assimilate the material. This approach involves creating contextualized learning activities that address essential skills and knowledge for broader tasks. The project also focuses on developing Contextualized Instructional Materials (IMs) that are not only holistically designed and functionally effective but also benchmarked to ensure they are relevant, appropriate, and of high quality.

Sharpening the Safety and Welfare (Project SAW)

This project represents the school's commitment to ensuring the safety and welfare of its learners. Stakeholders are responsible for providing a secure learning environment and caring for learners. The school must follow guidelines to maintain both a physically and emotionally safe environment, which includes implementing and regularly reviewing anti-bullying policies. Additionally, the school should promote healthy food and nutrition for all students. Stakeholders are encouraged to take all feasible measures to prevent any physical or mental harm to learners during school hours, on school grounds, or at school-related events. The school also has a duty to support the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of all learners. This project is designed to address potential natural or human-induced hazards to create a conducive learning environment.

Wide-Ranging Initiative for Reading Enhancement (Project WIRE)

This project is rooted in our "tinabangay" culture, also known as the Bayanihan System, which embodies communal unity and selfless help to achieve common goals. It reflects a spirit of volunteerism where everyone participates in enhancing the reading proficiency of learners and fostering a culture of reading—a crucial skill across all subjects. Teachers collaborate with parents to support reading development at home, with reading activities integrated into all learning areas for grades K to 3 and 4 to 6. The project is designed to address the needs of struggling and non-readers by providing not only traditional reading activities but also comprehensive programs that target improvements in oral language skills, phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication. This includes localized and contextualized approaches, a pullout system, home visits, and the creation of a reading kiosk. Additionally, the project involves supplying necessary equipment and materials for reading. The impact of this initiative is expected to significantly enhance learners' reading performance and overall literacy skills.

War on Waste (Project WOW)

This project is focused on enhancing the implementation of Ecological Solid Waste Management (ESWM). It is designed to improve the efficiency of solid waste management through waste reduction, environmentally friendly disposal methods, composting, recycling, reuse, recovery, collection, treatment, and disposal in facilities that support sound waste management practices. Proper segregation of waste is emphasized. Additionally, the project integrates cleanliness, organization, and literacy by providing learners with the opportunity to read extensively through the use of reading kiosks equipped with trash bins.

Keeping ICT Integration for Transforming Education (Project KITE)

This project marks the beginning of ICT integration, enhancing technological advancements to meet DepEd's goals. By boosting digital literacy among teachers, it aims to transform the educational environment and bridge technological gaps. Teachers are encouraged to embrace technological innovations to maximize learning with modern tools. The project is designed to make both teachers and learners proficient and confident in using basic digital skills, supporting their daily lives and preparing them for future challenges. It seeks to foster open-mindedness and adaptability, helping them adjust to future changes.

Visioning Initiatives towards Brigada Eskwela among Stakeholders (Project VIBES)

This project seeks to tackle resource shortages at the school by enhancing partnerships with local communities. It mobilizes and unites parents, alumni, civic groups, local businesses, non-governmental organizations, teachers, students, and volunteers who contribute their time and skills for classroom repairs, maintenance, and clean-up. Additionally, the project aims to boost stakeholders' involvement during Brigada Eskwela and other school events to address pressing issues before the start of the school year.
