The Department of Education – Negros Island Region (DepEd NIR), through the Quality Assurance Division (QAD), upholds the continuous improvement of education service delivery through quality management principles. While the region is not yet ISO-certified, it is currently aligning its systems with the standards of the DepEd Central Office’s QMS and ISO 9001:2015 in preparation for full compliance.
The QMS ensures that the Quality Assurance Division (QAD), along with other functional divisions, consistently delivers services that meet both regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations — with a strong focus on continual improvement and innovation.
