The Electronic Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (e-IPCRF) is an important performance management tool used by teachers and personnel of New Tubigon Elementary School. It is a digital version of the standard IPCRF used to assess individual performance based on set Key Result Areas (KRAs), Objectives, and Success Indicators aligned with the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST).
The e-IPCRF promotes transparency, accountability, and continuous professional growth by providing a structured platform for self-assessment, performance review, and development planning. It also serves as an official record of accomplishments, submitted annually through the DepEd's electronic system.
Its implementation is supported by DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015 (Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System or RPMS) and is continually updated to reflect evolving standards and digital innovations in performance evaluation.
